SUMMARY: The hotel housekeeper is responsible for cleaning hotel guest rooms with a high level of quality in accordance to hotel standards. The ideal candidate will promote a positive image of the property by displaying a pleasant and upbeat personality during each guest interaction and be comfortable responding to and carrying out specific guest needs and requests. Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms is of utmost importance.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully complete the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Some High school.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Previous experience cleaning.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. While performing the duties of this job the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. JOB SUMMARY: Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with our guests and fellow associates. Responsible for performing the functions of the front desk clerk which includes; check-ins, check outs, reservations, answers telephones, provide wake up calls and also provide information to guests on the hotels facilities, functions and locations. The position requires the ability to work flexible hours, be reliable and responsible for scheduled shifts.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully complete the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Typing and data entry ability, sitting and telephone use. Computer knowledge, excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work weekends and all shifts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Valet Attendant

SUMMARY: Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner while delivering and returning guest’s vehicles to and from Valet parking lot to Casino Entrance. Assist’s guests upon entering and exiting their vehicles and be comfortable responding to and carrying out specific guest needs and requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow associates.
• Delivers and retrieves guest’s car to and from casino front entrance and valet parking lot.
• Assist’s guests upon entering and exiting their vehicles.
• Locks cars and gives keys to dispatcher.
• Adheres to all departmental safety standards and procedures.
• Dispatches as scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned by the Valet Supervisor/Manager.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
