Scott Freeman
General Manager

Scott is an industry veteran with 40 years of experience in casino management. His career started in 1983 with Harrah’s Marina Hotel and Casino and over the span of years, he held increasing leadership roles from Director to President positions within the Casino-Hotel sector in five major markets, including Atlantic City, NJ, Las Vegas, NV, Biloxi, MS, Lake Charles, LA and New York State where he opened the first non-tribal commercial casino as President and General Manager of American Racing and Entertainment. It is imperative to note that he has worked through major natural disasters and led, most notably, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Scott has extensive experience in opening new facilities and project managing major renovations to existing facilities while still overseeing operations, and has made a career of ensuring higher EBITDA contributions and organizational efficiencies throughout his leadership roles.

Scott has been employed by St. Regis Mohawk Tribe since 2018 under the Tewathahonni Corporation, where he utilized his operations experience to diversify the Tribe’s financial portfolio. He joined the AMCR team as General Manager in May 2022, initially tasked with fully reopening the property since the COVID closure and restrictions.  In his tenure as GM, Scott has helped enhance the entertainment experience at AMCR, increased staffing levels to numbers we haven’t seen since pre-COVID, acquired the adjacent Comfort Inn Hotel, and opened the new “Embers” smoking room. He also works closely with the community to ensure the casino is a good corporate citizen in Akwesasne.

Craig Fuller
Senior Director of Casino Operations

With over 16 years of experience in casino and gaming, Craig Fuller has built a well-rounded career in the industry. After earning an MA in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas as well an MA in Human Resource Management at Stony Brook University, Craig started his career in Human Resources. As former Director of Human Resources, Director of Marketing and now Senior Director of Casino Operations, it is needless to say that he has a valuable skill set that has contributed to the success of the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort.
