The Winners Club is Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort’s loyalty program and is your key to earning the most awards and benefits for your play. Remember — always use your Winners Club card. Signing up as a Member is quick, easy, and allows you to earn valuable points that are redeemable for slot play, overnight stays in our Hotel, dining, bridge passes, ferry passes, gas vouchers, and much more!

How do I sign up?

It’s FREE! You must be 18 or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the Winners Club Cashier.

What are the benefits of playing at Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort?

You can earn countless benefits for playing with your Winners Club card.

Are there different membership levels?

There are four levels of Winners Club cards that you can earn based on your point accumulation: Select, Premier, Prestige, and Elite. Your club benefits increase each time you reach a higher card level! We may notify you in person, by mail, or by email if you qualify for an upgrade.

What are points, and how are they earned?

Winners Club points are your reward for playing with your Winners Club card. Members earn points while playing their favorite games by inserting their Winners Club card in a slot machine, or by presenting their card to a Table Games dealer, or while playing Bingo.

You can check your point balance by inserting your card in any slot machine or at the Winners Club.

What can I do with my Winners Club points?

How you use your Winners Club points is entirely up to you.
You can accumulate and save points in your account for later use.
You can redeem your points for slot play (the minimum level to redeem for slot play is $5).
You can redeem your points at our restaurants or hotel.
Points are non-transferable between players.

How do I redeem Winners Club points for slot play or towards discounts?

You may redeem points for slot play at any of your favorite slot machines, the Gift Shop, any of our restaurants, and Hotels. You may redeem points for slot play directly at the slot machine. You may redeem points directly at any Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort restaurant or the Hotel by presenting your Winners Club card and a valid government-issued photo ID.

Do Winners Club points ever expire?

Your Winners Club points and comps will remain available to you as long as you have carded play within a 12-month period.

I lost my card. Can I get a new one for free?

If you need to replace your card, simply present a valid photo ID to our friendly Winners Club representatives. Card replacements are FREE!

How are points earned?

You’ll earn points just by playing your favorite games! To earn points while you play, insert your Winners Club card in a slot machine, or present your card to a dealer at a table game or while playing bingo. 

On all slots or video poker games, $20 of “coin-in” equals one (1) Base Point.

For Bingo, every $5 in Bingo product purchased equals one (1) Base Point.

For table games, Base Points are earned by taking into consideration average bet, length of play, game type, and player skill level. When playing table games, points earned may not be available immediately after play. You can check your point balance at the game or at the Winners Club Cashier.

How to use Free Credit

Place your Winners Club card in an eligible machine.

Press the "Menu" button on the screen.

Enter your 4-digit PIN number and press "Enter."

Press "Free Credit" button.

Screen will show amount of Free Credit available.

Place money or ticket into Bill Acceptor to play.

Your slot play is now activated to play!

A member may not allow any other person to use his/her Winners Club card while playing games or towards redemption of club rewards and benefits.

Winners Club cards are non-transferable, and must be returned to Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort upon request.

Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

It is the responsibility of the member to ensure his/her Winners Club card is inserted properly in the machine when playing all game types.

All point accumulations are subject to review and verification.

Management reserves the right to adjust account status/points due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud, or other misuse of the Winners Club card.

Points have no cash value.

Point balances, free slot play balances, and any other offers or promotions are non-transferable, including upon death.

Point balances expire after 12 months of gaming inactivity.

Members must show valid identification in order to redeem points at the Winners Club, Gift Shop, any restaurant, or the Hotel.

Members who are excluded from casino facilities, through a government program, their own request, or by Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort, are not eligible to participate in the Winners Club program.

Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort reserves the right to alter or terminate this program with no prior notice to club members.
