On March 1, the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort celebrated the grand opening of Maple Brewing. The grand opening kicked off with a ribbon cutting ceremony, live music, beer tastings, and behind the scenes tours.
Brew Master Justin Cree states, “Maple Brewing features flavor profiles such as Belgian Witbier, Winter Ale, Double India Pale Ale, Lager, Pilsner, and Porters. We will offer limited editions, and create seasonal brews to give to our guests a unique tasting experience in the North Country.”
“The brewery will add an unparalleled amenity to Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort’s already expansive property,” shared Todd Papineau, AMCR’s General Manager. “Our range of craft brew will offer guests new to the craft beer scene a superb tasting experience. As part of the property’s ongoing expansion plans, Maple Brewing will provide a comprehensive experience for guests and enhance the nightlife and recreation in the community.
Food & Beverage Director, Toby TenEyck, is looking to the future in distributing and offering Maple Brewing select beer off property. "This addition to our Food & Beverage amenities is a game changer. Not only will our guests love these craft beers, but we also have exciting plans to introduce surrounding bars, restaurants, and businesses to this Uniquely Upstate taste."
